Is ShopOffers affiliated with any retailer?
No. ShopOffers is an independently run service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer featured on the site. Retailer names and logos are used only to identify which store a promotion comes from. See our About and Terms pages for more.
How often are prices and deals updated?
Listings are refreshed on an ongoing basis from retailer data, so the site reflects current promotions rather than a fixed, static catalogue. Even so, prices can change on the retailer's side faster than any listing site can track — always check the price on the retailer's own site before you buy.
Why did a deal I saved disappear, or its price change?
Retailers rotate their promotions frequently — a deal ending, a price changing, or a listing being replaced with a near-identical one under a new ID is normal and expected, not a bug. If you land on a page for a deal that's no longer live, we try to point you to the closest current match automatically.
Do I need an account to use ShopOffers?
No — browsing, searching, and comparing deals all work without signing in. Signing in with Google unlocks two extra features: saving deals to your cart, and building a shopping list you can copy as plain text to send over a messaging app — useful if someone else is doing the actual shop.
What data do you store about me?
If you don't sign in, essentially nothing personal. If you do, we store your name/email (from Google) and whatever you choose to add to your cart or shopping list — that's it. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account or data?
Contact us via the Contact page and we'll remove your account data. See Privacy Policy, Section 6 for the full process, including your rights under UK GDPR/GDPR.
Will more retailers be added?
Possibly — the site is built to support more retailers over time as coverage expands.
Do you make money from this site?
The site carries Google-served advertising, and a small, separately hand-picked page of affiliate links (clearly marked as such) sits alongside the main promotion listings. Neither influences which promotions are shown or how they're ranked.
